Under the Flesh

KING DIAMOND 'ABIGAIL' LP (Cobalt Vinyl) Metal Keepers of the Faith 10thWith his sophomore solo full length, 1987s Abigail, King Diamond crafted his first bona fide concept album, telling the chilling tale of Miriam Natias and her husband, Jonathan LaFey, who move into a very haunted ancestral mansion. Disaster may befall the storys protagonists, but for King, the LP is nothing less than a masterpiece. Its also his eponymous bands last with its classic original lineup, as guitarist Michael Denner and bassist Timi Hansen
