Domaine Charles Gonnet Altesse Roussette de Savoie, 2024 Fiano We would pair this with100% organic Altesse, from the commune of Chignin in Savoie. Winemaking is pretty simple, aimed at highlighting the delicate, bright citrus and orchard fruit of Altesse. The grapes are directly pressed into stainless steel tanks and aged on the fine lees for 4 months before bottling. It has delicate flavors of white peach, grapefruit, and green apple. Pair it with fondue, poached whitefish and veggies, or freshly shucked oysters!
