The bowl either made in France or Austria in the style of either Philippe Joseph Brocard or by J. L. Lobmeyr & Co. The pale blue basin is finely & beautifully hand decorated with enameled polychrome decoration, having Kufic inscriptions in cartouches featured along the top and bottom, and decorated with stylized flowers and octagonal medallions along
