Constructed of white oilcloth, the exterior bearing a central anchor overlaid by a lifebuoy bearing an inscription of DEUTSCHER FLOTTENVEREIN (GERMAN NAVAL LEAGUE), circumscribed by an inscription of MARINE OPFERTAG (NAVAL VICTIMS DAY), unmarked, measuring 156 mm (w) x 128 mm (h), with minor material fatigue evident, in very fine condition.
