It is beautifully lightweight and the fabric seems to just float around the wearer. It's hem is bound in narrow bias tape and the cloak ties at the neckline. This cloak is perfect for warm spring days when you want to wear a cloak for the aesthetic value with your costume, but don't want the extra warmth. The
