REFECTOCIL SOLUTION SALINE 150 ML sans latex twist to remove excess waterTo remove all traces of oil residue before using eyelash perm or tinting. After applying conventional make up removers, oily residue usually remains on the upper eyelid and eyelashes. Therefore, Refectocil recommends cleaning the upper eyelids and eyelashes with Refectocil saline solution. Only then can optimal adhesion of the eyelash rollers be guaranteed during eyelash application and the eyelashes can optimally absorb the tint during the tinting
