With the Grill Guru Grill Elevator, you increase the grilling surface by as much as 60%. This allows you to place meat, fish or vegetables a little further from the fire for slower cooking, or keep a side dish warm easily. Besides increasing the cooking surface, the Elevator also allows you to cook several dishes at once or use two different cooking methods on the different levels.
