Ondarea 2021 Fino Serveer temperatuur: 8-12ºC100% hondarrabi zuri. Grapes were selected from several plots and harvested between October 12 and 15. After de stealing, a second selection follows. Only the free ruin juice was used to work with, the winemaker decided not to press the grapes. The fermentation with native yeasts took place in lightly toasted 500 liter French oak barrels.
