The original 3 ½ inch (9 cm) blank snipe area at the bottom has been cut off and replaced with a blank piece of paper which has been pasted on from the back (probably by the printers as it is exactly the same type/feel of paper indicating there may have been a printing error on the original snipe) the pasted paper is approximately 3 mm narrow from the right edge

extremely tiny tear at both edges of the top horizontal fold line and another at the left edge of the bottom horizontal fold line

1 cm tear at the center of the top edge (has a 7 x 4 cm white repair patch on the back of it)
