Fêtes De Jeanne D'Arc Poster Size:37x52 Illustrated on the poster isThis original vintage poster pomotes celebrations for Jeanne D'Arc, the young girl who fought for France in the Hundred Year War and who is now regarded as a Catholic saint. She is shown here in a ghost like sense, dressed in her armor and riding her hore over the town. This event had "pavoisons et illuminons" or ceremonies that involved illuminations and hanging flags. This is a simple poster in design but is truly quite beautiful. Printer: Melzer
