The 'Aus Den Lagen' line of wines aims to showcase single varietal, estate grown grapes in specific microclimates, of Ersten Lagen and Grossen Lagen quality. The wine is vinified with 30% whole clusters, and sees 18 months of barrel. It is very much Burgundian in style, and is reminiscent of the "featherweight" wines of the Beaune.
