The palate is like a Moroccan bakery crossed with a high end Italian leather workshop. Crystalized ginger, baking spices, and vanilla, mingle together with an enticing note of leather. It sits on the palate with such a smooth, buttery texture and carries on to a lengthy finish. This Rye has an impressive amount of complexity for a 10 year old. Without knowing
