This tight clumper makes one of the best evergreen specimens of any of our gingers and looks as good in the late winter as it does in early summer

Hosta Blue Hawaii Taiwan Lycoris 'Peppermint' is a naturally-occurringWhen I first saw this vigorous growing hosta in Olga Petryszyn's Indiana garden, I knew it was a winner. This stunning upright specimen made a 30" tall x 42" wide architectural clump of corrugated, flat, blue leaves. In our trials in NC, the blue color has held extremely well. In midsummer, the clump is topped with a 44" tall flower scape bearing white, lightly fragrant flowers.
