All of the hardware is in perfect working order. It has an aftermarket Yamaha batter head that is in good shape. The original reso head has a small dent. A wonderful entry intermediate maple snare. Has plenty of cut through and attack and is extremely easy to tune due to the very well cut 45 degree bearing edges. A great upgrade for anyone who is unhappy
