Sophenia Estate Reserve Cabernet Franc 2020 Languedoc-Roussillon the estate's second wineThis Cabernet Franx has a deep crimson color. On the nose, it has red fruits such as currants, roasted peppers and white pepper. These aromas are combined with notes of coffee, mocha and vanilla created by wood aging in oak, which adds complexity. The sensation on the palate is of great character, with good structure, ripe tannins and balanced acidity, making the wine fresh on the finish and long lasting. Aging: 12 months in mostly French oak barrels
