Sabbia Vermentino di Sardegna 2023 Birre Artigianali Be Luna comes from aGRAPE VARIETY Pure Vermentino GRADATION 13% ORIGIN Vineyards owned by the winery grown on calcareous soils, in the Romangia area between Sorso and Sennori (SS). PROCESSING Crushing, destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18C in stainless steel tanks. CHARACTERISTICS Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aroma: Floral and tropical fruit notes. Taste: Savoury, mineral and persistent.
