Nebbiolo 2009 igt Terrazze Retiche di Sondrio Sandro Fay lt.0,750 Tipologia_Zibibbo struttura complessaIn the San Gervasio vineyard, at 750 meters above sea level, two and a half hectares of land right on the edge of the Valtellina viticulture altitude, the Nebbiolo grapes are grown that the Fay family selects for drying in the fruit cellar. From these bunches, after more than 100 days of drying, followed by pressing and aging for 12 months in barrique, a dry, robust and complex red passito is obtained, with a persistent flavor and very intense aroma.
