Coming from a plot with clay limestone soils facing East, this terroir allows for harvesting grapes at perfect ripeness and offers very graceful balances. A long aging of 19 months in barrels brings here an indulgent roundness with notes of butter, brioche and vanilla as well as toasted aromas, allowing
